Bole Class 0 rubber and plastic insulation material is developed by the company to meet customers' higher requirements for fire performance. While maintaining the high-quality insulation performance of Bole Class 1 rubber and plastic insulation material, it offers superior fire resistance, with an oxygen index of up to 45%. The product is widely used in insulation projects for central air conditioning system pipelines and equipment, domestic hot water pipelines and equipment, low-temperature industrial pipelines and equipment, as well as refrigeration and freezing systems. It is particularly suitable for clean environments and applications with high fire safety requirements, such as electronics, food, chemical plants, and important public buildings.
Performance Characteristics
Bole Class 0 rubber and plastic insulation material has excellent fire performance, with a significantly improved oxygen index (≥40%), making it highly reliable in terms of fire safety.
The primary performance requirement for insulation materials is to prevent condensation and reduce energy loss in the system throughout the material's service life. Preventing condensation depends on two factors: thermal conductivity and moisture resistance factor. Bole Class 0 rubber and plastic insulation material has low thermal conductivity, with λ ≤ 0.031 W/(m·K) at 0°C, and a moisture resistance factor as high as 15,000, making it an ideal choice for preventing condensation and reducing energy loss in systems.
